Since November, TalkTalk are charging me £49 per month.
This is a breach of contract.
On 3rd November 2023, you assured my email and telephone:
"The first option available for you is that you can stay on your existing service and automatically move to a new price of £33.08 per month. You don’t have to do anything at all, just sit back and enjoy your great value connection whilst we handle everything else. You’ll be then out of contract with maximum flexibility to upgrade with us any time you like"
I then phoned you on 4th Nov to confirm that I wished to "stay on my existing service of £33.08."
Yet you have blatantly ignored your own assurance and are charging me 50% more - without any consultation and no doubt hoping I would not notice.
I want the extra money returned to my account and an explanation please.
Please do this forthwith. Failing this I request a form to be sent to me under your Complaints Code to go to the CISAS.

Your package price is £33.07 per month, but you have the anytime calls boost which is £16 per month extra, it was previously discounted to £8, If you dont use your phone you can remove it via My Account.
