Hi 

I have received your email with a bill of £43.07

I have been overcharged by £22.58

This not right

Have you been migrated from Shell, @Victoria6317243?

 

Talktalk's charges cover the date of the switch (just as though you were a completely new customer joining) as well as the month going forward.

 

So the Shell Migration team need to trace what you paid Shell to credit back the overlap. 

 

Call them on 03451 720088 or use Chat. 

 

Otherwise wait for staff to reach your thread during the week. 

 

If this is not to do with the Shell migration please do let us know. If you log into My Account the bill will be fully itemised.
