Hello,
I have been paying my bill by Direct Debit since I joined Talktalk. I am fed up with Talktalk taken money early from my account. I have spoken to customer services several times over the years and have been assured it won’t happen again each time.
I would like to pay by credit card on a reaccuring monthly basis.
Can you please advise me how I can set this up please.
Will I be charged extra for this?

I will cancel Direct debit after this payment has gone out.
i will do one off payments from now on.
i will also leave Talktalk at the end of contract, I have had enough now.

Thank you for looking into my account.
I am aware of my payment date. It has been changed several times but still talktalk take it early. This month it’s a week early.
I do not want to change it again.
No other company I have ever dealt with takes a Direct Debit early.
I do not want to pay by Direct Debit anymore.
I would like to pay by card on a reaccuring basis please.

Hi there @Susieq74, thank you for reaching out. Looking into your account I do see that your current payment date is on or about the 5th of the month. But if your payment date doesn't work for you as you are saying, don't worry, you can always change your payment due date in My Account, I can also change it for you on my end, please confirm how would you like us to proceed @Gliwmaeden2 thank you for the advice :).

Recurring card payments have not been available for about a year, @Susieq74 and even one off card payments have been glitchy in recent months.
Paying over the phone seems to work fine. I'll find you a link.
