When trying to make a one-off payment the button to proceed is greyed out. I'm still waiting for the direct debit to leave my account. Should I wait or contact customer support and make a payment over the phone?

Direct Debits are never taken at weekends. If you are "waiting" for yours to be taken and you make a manual payment in the meantime then you may find that you end up paying twice.

Me too. It was ok last month but seems to be an ongoing issue. I cannot understand how a big company like TalkTalk can mess up such a basic business process. I called the payment number in the end 0345-172-0040. Good luck.

When is your DD due? It normally gets taken on or soon after.
Is there a reason you need to make a separate payment, as it not normally required if you are on DD.
There has been an issue recently with card payments and this is intermittent.
Try doing what @Divsec advises, and also a different browser.

Hi @wjsd7 do you have a pop up blocker enabled? I've found this a frequent offender on the TT website.
