Payment problem.

Hi, I am unable to pay my Talktalk mobile bill online by card.

 

When I get to the part where you have to select the type of payment card to pay with I cannot select anything (nothing on the screen is clickable)

 

I have been paying this way for a number of years with no problems.

 

Can anyone help please.

 

I have tried two different browsers and both do the same thing.

 

Google Chrome -  139.0.7258.67  and Firefox 141.0.2

I think it's worth giving the mobile phone team a ring after 9am on the 03451 720088 number or checking in My Account that the automatic payment reached the mobile phone balance rather than broadband. 

 

It's not the end of the world if you've paid towards your Broadband bill  - but you don't want to be late with the mobile bill if the money is not in the right place.

 

Check it all during the day.

 

I have been highlighting the problems with card payments for a couple of months, but they don't quite seem to have got to the bottom of the issue.

Don't try to add it to the direct debit bill - you'll make new problems for yourself. 

 

Whatever information you normally use by card, do this over the phone: possibly directly with an agent on 03451 720088 to make sure it covers your MOBILE  bill, not your broadband. 

 

Otherwise try the automatic payments phone number given in the list.

Thanks for replying, but I already pay my Talktalk broadband bill by Direct Debit, It is just my monthly mobile bill I pay by credit card.

I tried your payment link but there is no option their for me to add my monthly mobile bill to my monthly broadband bill so I could pay both by the same Direct Debit.

There has been a problem with card payments recently.

 

I suggest you phone and make a payment or consider an alternative method.
