On May 30th I was charged £3.84 twice for calling the same no ( 02073044000) at exactly the same time and for exactly the same length of time ( 15+ mins )

I believe I have been double charged as I cannot make the same call twice at the same time !!

In fact I did not do this . I made 1 call .

I believe I am owed a refund of £3.84 ?
