I inadvertently paid my bill twice so requested a refund..blah blah 7 days etc... but it has now passed 7 days, contacted CS and a hard to understand agent.. saying it has been processed, yest still nothing in my account..

Check in My Account, rather than your bank account, @Bigj70.
If you need further help, add your Talktalk landline number/account number to your profile for staff to identify your account.
