Renewed contract and sent new, identical router and charged for it

I renewed my contract at the weekend, and the agent explicitly said they wouldn't send me a new router as I already have an eero pro 6. However, a new one has just turned up, along with an email telling I'll me charged £10. How do I get this charge reversed?

I can see the notes that the charge shouldn't be applied. 

 

When the bill is produced on the 8th March we can clear the charge at that point.
