I pay £35 per month for fibre 65 , contract expires May 16th.
Had an offer to renew my broadband (fibre65 )contract at a cheaper price expire on me , as I was on holiday . Went on talktalk today ,another offer was there not as good as expired offer ,but thought it was ok so I took it. I had a message saying .” Thank you for renewing your contract. We’re over the moon you chose to stay with us”. I took screen shots .However no email from talktalk to confirm this ,and my account says nothing . Renew my contract for £35.99 per month is now the only option available .
Have I renewed my contract with decent offer OR not ??

@GS1057, you'll be quicker resolving this by phone / Chat over the weekend.
Staff are not back on the forum before Tuesday because of the Bank Holiday weekend.

So , 24+ hours later and still no confirmation email from talktalk about the renewal package that I accepted . Probably ignoring it , to put me on their dearer contract when mine runs out .😡
