Request to Reinstate My Original Shell Plan Following Home Move

I am writing regarding an issue with my broadband service contract following my recent home move in October 2024. I was previously a customer of Shell Energy, where I signed an 18-month broadband contract. Since Shell was later acquired by Talk Talk, I continued to receive services under the same contract.
As part of my home move process, I applied for the relocation of my broadband service, and at that time, I still had 6 months remaining on my original 18-month Shell contract.
However, after receiving my recent bills, I noticed that I have been placed on a new 18-month contract with Talk Talk, and my previous Shell contract appears to have been revoked. I did not intend to enter into a new contract and would prefer to retain the original Shell plan for the remaining 6 months.

There's a charge of £60.00 for the home move if you don't want to be on a new contract, @dummylet:

You'd need to call 03451 720088 to sort this out.
