Hi Everyone,
Can anyone point me in the direction of solving this problem easily -
We returned our TalkTalk router equipment promptly on 4/7/2023 all tracked by Royal mail and evidence of postage. Yesterday we received an email saying the equipment hasn't been returned and we will incur a charge. Upon checking our receipt from Royal Mail our equipment arrived safely at TalkTalk on 6/7/2023.
We obviously don't want to be charged for something we have so diligently done, how do we go about getting this fixed. (I really don't want to be on hold to TalkTalk). Is there an email address I can send evidence to?
