I'm starting a new thread as the last one (started when I was forced to join TalkTalk from Shell in June 2024 has yielded nothing). So, I'm still waiting for a bill... let's see... FIVE months later. The call centre is unable to help as they don't know what I'm talking about, read from a script and then just make things up, and it appears I'm unable to talk to anyone in the UK... so where does that leave me ? If there's anyone here who actually works for TalkTalk who can help, please contact me. There's no point raising a complaint... so if anyone can advise if there's any way I can speak to someone in the UK would be great. Otherwise, I'll just let the contract end in Jan 26 and move to another provider. I was previously a TalkTalk customer in 2008 and they were beyond awful then, but that was then... and nothing seems to have changed. No wonder they have been top of every worst telecoms provider since then. TalkTalk must be so proud of its customer service, but more surprising is that they haven't gone bankrupt.

This has to be dealt with by the Shell migration team, Did you actually raise a complaint about this as there is no open complaint.

As a Shell customer you would be best to speak to the dedicated Shell Migration Team on 03451 720088.
They should be able to help you.
