For staff attention please.
A 50p charge for a call to 123 has appeared on my bill, timed at 1556 on 2nd November.
At the time of the call my house was empty and I was at 39,000 feet onboard EK28, an Emirates Airlines flight from Glasgow to Dubai, having left home at 0930.
Openreach should not be doing this, so if you can, please report it and credit my account with 50p.

@martswain glad you arrived safely, sun yes, food yes, but we in Norfolk have got Aurora Borealis!

@Arne-TalkTalk thank you very much, hope they haven't disturbed my connection but I won't know until I get back home.
Just as a matter of interest are you able to do a line check with the router off just to make sure it is not showing as a disconnection fault?
@Divsec flights all went well thanks, now enjoying the food and sun in Thailand.
