I decided to switch to Vodafone a month or so back, as my my contract has been up for over 2 years now and Vodafone were offering a much better deal. I spoke to someone on live chat on the day I arranged the switch and they confirmed that they had been notified of the switch, but hadn't received a date from Vodafone at that point.
My Vodafone service has gone live today, but I'm not sure if my TalkTalk service is definitely being cancelled. I have received an e-mail stating that Vodafone has made them aware of my intention to switch, and then another which states, as of the 20th of February, they've received my request to cancel and that I'll receive a bill within 10 days of my service ending. As of yet, I'm still to receive anything stating that my service is coming/has come to an end by today's date.
Should I have received a follow up e-mail, stating my service has come to an end, by this point?

It's definitely worth checking that the service has been cancelled as they specify this for switches to Vodafone, @Missingno1990:

They wouldn't be sure of the switch date until it actually happened, so today, @Missingno1990.
So the bill is likely to come in on 20th March, 10 days later.
If you are not sure, just give customer services another ring / Chat, to clarify the situation.
