Giftcloud voucher not received

I signed up to TalkTalk back in September 2024 and received a Giftcloud email confirming I’ll be receiving a Giftcloud voucher email after 120 days - this has passed and I haven’t received a voucher or any update. Any suggestions?

I have passed your details to the vouchers team. 

 

There is a backlog they are working through at the moment.

I did after I posted on the 7th, @Dhopkins.

 

I'll do it again - sometimes it's a week or 10 days..... not always the earliest posts picked up first unfortunately.
