For some reason the Talk Talk on line account app wont accept payment.Tap confirm payment then nothing else happens.

Hi there @Prelude alternatively you can use can try using a different browser or clear your current browser and try again.

One off card payments have had intermittent faults for the past few months, sadly.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
