Topcashback Not Tracking

Hi,
I went through TopCashBack to order Full Fibre back in January 2023, and it did not track properly. I raised a claim with TopCashBack and provided S Order Number which was provide by a member on TT team in the communities.
I have attached the response below:Topcashback Response
Can you provide any update on this? As it has been over a year and a half now!
The initial Topcashback amount tracked at £110.50 which is quite alot

There is nothing on the account regarding this. I can only presume that its been declined.
I would have to advise, that you follow the complaints process in this instance.

Extraordinary that this thread was missed back in December too, @Dlaststraw.
I will re-escalate it in the hope that staff can help you further, but it's strange that they haven't said anything since last July.

I've still not got any update on my topcashback account. Furthermore, the email on my topcashback account is not the same email used for my Talktalk account

I escalated that thread, but it appeared to get moved into the "moderated" section and I can't see any other posts from around that time.
