Hi,
I went through TopCashBack to order Full Fibre back in January 2023, and it did not track properly. I raised a claim with TopCashBack and provided S Order Number which was provide by a member on TT team in the communities.

Can you provide any update on this? As it has been over a year and a half now!
The initial Topcashback amount tracked at £110.50 which is quite alot

I've still not got any update on my topcashback account. Furthermore, the email on my topcashback account is not the same email used for my Talktalk account

@Dlaststraw, was it possibly this older order?
I escalated that thread, but it appeared to get moved into the "moderated" section and I can't see any other posts from around that time.
