UNABLE TO CANCEL SUPERSAFE BOOST DUE TO PENDING ORDER

I need to cancel the supersafe boost, as I do not use it and do not want to incur charges when the free trial ends.  However if I try to turn it off, it says I have orders pending (which is incorrect).  I need someone to shift the pending order and cancel the boost for me please.
