Hi,

 

I'm trying to change my telephone boosts but keep receiving the following error:

 

We are currently experiencing technical issues with My Account.

We are working hard to fix the problem and the service will be available again soon.

 

It's not been working for a while now (weeks?).  Do you know when it will be fixed?

I'm also experiencing this while trying to change my phone package, was it really not fixed yet?

Hi BillCl

 

The discount was requested on the 10th so will have been too late for this bill, I will add a credit for this bill. 

 

The next bill should be what was agreed.

The bill is made up a couple of days before it is issued, so it's likely that by the time the Boost discount had been put in place it had been pipped at the post by the billing system.

 

It can't be changed after issue, but the difference should be credited on next month's bill. @Arne-TalkTalk can check that for you.

Hi,

The link didn't work but now with a different error, please see my reply to your PM.

 

But now I seem to have an additional problem, because "my account" didn't work I contacted TalkTalk by phone as helpfully advised by @Gliwmaeden2  earlier in the thread as my Unlimited UK calls discount of £9.00 was expiring on 12/05/2023.

 

We agreed a half price discount and I would pay £8.00 a month and received an email confirmation on 10/05/2023. But my latest bill dated 11/05/2023 has a charge of £16.00 less a small discount for the last day of my previous discount.  Are you able to view my account (as I can't) and check that the half-price discount has been applied?
