VOUCHER FOR A NEW CONTRACT NOT RECEIVED

Hi,

 

They promised to give 130 Pounds Voucher based on contract renewal, it has been 6 months and multiple followups, no Voucher received. Its very painful to call them and explain again and again. They gave me a reference number also based on this promise, but today customer care agent is totally denying that. Please help.
