Keep Getting "NO ENTRY SIGN" when hovering over the £36.60 payment. Been trying last 3 days???

Wasted at least an hour of my time!

It's better to try to get this done somehow, rather than getting a late payment charge, if it takes a while to sort out the problem in My Account.
