Hi,
When I bought my full fibre I went through Top Cashback as I was offered £127.50. The purchase didn’t track and It has now been in ‘Waiting for Retailer’ for 8 months (14 months since I bought the Broadband package).
Please can this be looked into?

Hi,
I gave Top Cashback the order number starting with S0 as this is what was requested by TalkTalk, if that’s what you mean? Top Cashback then resubmitted the claim on 11th May.
