I renewed my fibre 65 package yesterday under a 24 month contract by speaking to the support team through chat.
I was told the price given would be fixed under April 2025.
The contract PDF I downloaded states "Please note there is a CPI rate of inflation 4.0% + 3.7% totalling a 7.7% price increase annually from April 2024" which is confusing.
I'm not sure why it mentions 2024 when the price is not due to increase until 2025.
Please can a member of staff confirm that the price will not change until April 2025?

I can confirm that you will not be impacted by the upcoming price rise the price, but will be impacted by the price rise in 2025.

To rephrase the question,
can you confirm that the package price given during contract renewal is valid for at least 12 months, until april 2025?
i would be unhappy if the package price increased after only 1 month, between this month (when the contract was setup), march, and next month, april.
especially after the staff member promised it is the same price until april 2025.
