I upgraded from Fibre65 to Full Fibre 500, my Fibre 500 went live from 30th June. TalkTalk made a mess of the upgrade and subsequently have continued to charge me for the old Fibre65 package (2 months worth), and they made me put in a cancellation for the old package even though it was an upgrade and should have been done as part of the process. I have been trying to reclaim the money they have taken, many online chats and phone calls to sort this out. Anyway, my Fibre65 ran each month to the 25th and paid in advance, my fibre went live on the 30th so only 5 days of the Fibre65 was used, they are only offering to refund half the monthly contract cost from 10th July - 25th July, is this correct or should they be paying me back from 1st July?
