Before we had the physical full fibre connected I was on Package Fibre 35, I seem to have been upgraded to Fibre 150 for some reason without actually asking for it. Could somebody please explain why.
Cheers
Dave

Hi DaveBlom
I would suggest calling us and speaking to the full fibre team.

Hi Keith,
No problem with the service. Just that the package has changed, it also will go up to £40/month after discount period. I didn't get any notification of this and I think I should have. It's a first world problem I know but I like to be informed of changes like this.
Cheers
Dave

Full Fibre 150 is often the free upgrade option. Do you have any problems with it?
