Hi why is my bill this month£ 52.01 when usually £27.93 ?

The charge is the contract admin fee , that should have been removed when you renewed. 

 

It has been removed now.

Compare and contrast with the details in your previous bills, @Wilolnd64.

 

If you go into My Account you should see that old bills will have indicated the end of contract date. If you are no longer within your minimum term, discounts (or some things may even have been included free) will have expired, and you will be paying full price unless you negotiate a renewal. 

 

To do that, phone 03451 720088 (closes 6pm today and not open Sunday for this) or Chat with the Loyalty team  / Retentions.
