I no longer live in the property, I moved out of the old property on the 01/08/24.

I do not owe all of the outstanding balance.

Please process this as my request for a SAR as I know I have contacted you previously to inform you about me moving out of the property, therefore not needing to pay the bill.

Ethan.

Hi ERumney97

There are no notes on your account showing a call  to us to cancel the account or to request a SAR, The account has remained open and continued to bill and has now been passed to a collection agency.

As the account holder you will need to call us (03451720088 ) and cancel the account

I have submitted you SAR request this morning

Good afternoon,

I hope you are well.

I did yes, this is why I have requested the SAR as the notes on the call should have been logged as I informed yourselves about me moving our of the property on the 01/08. I will not be paying any remaining bills from the 01/08.

I will however pay the remaining detailed below (£39.30), please see email I have copied and pasted received by myself on the 02/09/24 from yourselves. I will not be paying the full balance of £142.90 as I did not live at this property. Please call off Moorcroft Debt Recovery Limited - Reference 007832263533 also as this error is partially my own for not paying the £39.30, life has been busy and stressful, my apologies, as well as Talk Talks for not logging my details correctly for when I moved out of the property.

REMINDER
Outstanding balance of £39.30
