why am i paying 52.oo a month for my bill after being with talktak for 16 years when other suppliers can do the same for 28.00

When you check details with old bills, you will probably find that in the recent one discounts  / the contract has expired. Out of contract will be full price for everything. 

 

Contact the Loyalty team to negotiate a better deal, if that is the case, @rgregory3491.
