every couple of weeks i get an email entitled
We've noticed you've recently cancelled your Direct Debit with us. (i did no such thing)
Setting your Direct Debit payment back up again is really easy to do. Just go to My Account, enter your bank details and pick a payment date that suits you and we'll take care of the rest.
Or if you prefer, you can choose another payment method, like a recurring card payment. See our website for other ways to pay..
There is loads more you can do within the Bills & Payments area of My Account to help manage your payments, from viewing your bill to updating your payment details.
In the meantime, to be sure of avoiding a £12.50 admin fee, always make sure that your payment reaches us by the due date shown on your bill.
so i go to to my account set it up again but 14 days later same thing, what's going on?, its happened 5 or 6 times now.
