Can someone explain my nans bill? last month she had the same. she asked me to find out what was going on.
receiving a bill that says £0.00.
another question: why is the TalkTalk website so slow and unusable? i cant view anything about my NANS account; I'm just stuck in an infinite loading loop. screenshot below.
do you have an app for Android? can you link me the Play Store link as i cant find it even when searching "talktalk"?

Can you put your nan's full name, address and TalkTalk phone number in the Private notes section of your community profile (click here) and the support team can have a look. Bear in mind that they may be limited by Data Protection rules as to what they can tell you.
