Hi, I signed up for 24 months, 4/1/2024. I was supposed to have 24 months fibre & supersafe boost, today I had an email stating that my 24 month boost has ended. Could you look into it for me.
I have used chat and spoken on the phone, both have completly confused me.

Thank you for confirming that, I cancelled the boost straight away, I am not prepared to pay £6 a month for something that didn't stop my laptop getting a virus.

It looks like the boost and discount did not run in tandem with the contract start and end date, when you renew it is usually only the base package that is renewed boosts.. etc are not renewed at the same time.
The boost and discount have since been removed.
