Hello TalkTalk
Since Friday 21st my broadband has been dropping out and has not worked properly. It has just returned Sunday eve, to full speed but was out yesterday for 10 hours and Friday daytime too.
The power lines in the house would not work. One supplies the TV.
Will this happen again tomorrow?
Please can you let me know if this was a fault on the broadband line or
WAS IT THE ROUTER becoming unreliable?
Please Help me asap. I am working from Home at the moment.

Hi @Peter Ryan,
What were the light(s) doing on the router whilst you had the outage.
For one of the TalkTalk staff on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.
Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile (only you and the TalkTalk staff on this community can see your profile details).
Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
