504 ERROR

Why do I keep getting this error when I try to connect to a particular website?
504 ERROR
The request could not be satisfied.
CloudFront attempted to establish a connection with the origin, but either the attempt failed or the origin closed the connection. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.
If you provide content to customers through CloudFront, you can find steps to troubleshoot and help prevent this error by reviewing the CloudFront documentation.
I can open the website using my mobile data no problem. It's just talk talk blocking it.
How can I fix it?

Perhaps a router or firewall problem. I am using the DG8041W with the firewall level set to "TalkTalk".

I can see that site without an error and I am on TalkTalk fibre 65 near Manchester so it must be region specific or fixed in the last few minutes.

OK thanks. Yes, point taken, I can't connect to it on our corporate network either. Could you see how it goes over the weekend as these types of issues tend to sort themselves out. If it's still not working by Monday we'll pass it over to our network team and ask them if there's anything they can do

Yes, I tried. And you said that you can't open it either - so that's not the device's problem.
And I said - it works fine when I use my Mobile Data

Have you tried connecting to the website on more than one device?

Hi Chris,
I think last time I accessed this website using TalkTalk connection was about a week ago.

Hi ctrlz,
I can't open it either. When was the last time that you were able to access the website via your TalkTalk connection?

Hi ctrlz
I'm sorry to hear this.
Please can you power down the router for a full 30 minutes and then retest?
Thanks
Debbie
