my wifi router is playing up cannot connect to websites on my phone is this just me or is anyone else having this issue  #DG8041W-2.T5

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

Please can you power down your router for a full 30 minutes and then retest?

 

If you are still experiencing this issue then please can you log into My Account and check to see if HomeSafe/KidsSafe has been switched on.

There are a whole host of reasons why this might happen. If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
