Can someone please check if my firmware is up to date?
I have SG4K100136
I’m getting full upload speeds but download is dropping off to 0.07mbps
According to the fault report I got the problem is fixed but I still can’t use broadband.

There is a later version of Firmware, however there will be a delay to update the firmware due to maintenance across the server platform.
The current firmware you have however should not cause speed issues.
can you add your home phone number or account number to your 'Community Profile' so we can look at your connection.
