I left Talk Talk and have been promised - on two separate occasions - that my returns bag was on it's way. So far - nothing. What can I do?

I'm sorry about the delay. The problem is that when an account is disconnected we can't order anything, including a returns bag, through the normal process. A returns bag is usually sent out automatically within a month of an account being disconnected but this has also been escalated to have a returns bag sent. Could you give it a few more days, hopefully you'll receive the returns bag later this week, if not please let us know

Staff should be able to get one to you next week, @greengardener+8, if you make sure that your community forum profile details are completed.
They need this done to correctly identify your account. So go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu. Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
