hello I have upgraded to full fibre, and I would like to return the following

* TalkTalk g.fast modem

* OpenReach g.fast modem

* TalkTalk Router (WiFi Hub)

 

I already have a return label to Ingram Returns NDC XX40 3YY

 

1) can I send all 3 with that label?

 

2) do I include their power supplies or not?

The power supply should be returned with the router, @ypwlng  - they always come together with the model. 

 

The bags are paid for by weight, so 3 items might be too heavy, let alone too bulky. 

 

Wait for staff support on Monday.
