Returning router and final bill

How do I request a return postage and bag for talktalk routers?  I've now moved to SKY broadband.

 

I also need to have the final bill but I can't see it in the online portal.

I have requested a returns bag, your bill is showing in My Account. 

 

When that is paid, the final zero bill will be sent next month.

I'll move this to the billing section for you, @JamesWong.

 

Staff should be able to check that the cancellation process is going through, and check the timing of the final bill. 

 

Leave your Direct Debit in place until you have received a bill for £0.00.

 

Forum staff can send you a returns bag.
