Is it possible for a new customer to sign up for ADSL broadband any more ?
All that I can see details of is fibre
ADSL used to include free anytime calls - does it still ?

Do be aware that if your dad is in a stop-sell area as designated by BT Wholesale there may be limits on the services available to him. Where I live it is no longer possible to order a new FTTC service, let alone ADSL. Put his address details into the checker and see what comes up:

If it is a deal breaker, in my area Shell Energy will do phone cable 67mb with anytime calls for £31 a month, so maybe worth checking. That was accurate two days ago as I did some shopping around before renewing my contract with TT, which will be changing to fibre, voip and included calls

Yes, the old tariffs used to include the calls, c 10 to 15 years ago.
Since calling it Simply Broadband, then Fast Broadband, the calls have been with the boost if you need them as a package. More recently not a free boost at all, @Weevie.

Alas it has been a purchasable boost for ages now.

So TT ADSL packages no longer include anytime calls ?
They used to (12+ years ago) when I was unable to get fibre - I used to use TT ADSL and it included calls
I think that I used to pay around £22 per month for it

Fast Broadband is still available, as advertised here:
https://www.moneysupermarket.com/broadband/providers/talktalk/
You might get a better deal for him through Talktalk's own webpages:
https://new.talktalk.co.uk/broadband/compare-deals
The Fast Broadband prices are listed in the small print area.
The Anytime calls are not fully discounted these days. The best offer I've seen in the past year was £5.00..

Yes, @Weevie I have seen you posting on here for quite some time. I don't suppose your father's road has had full fibre cabling installed as yet?

@KeithFrenchIts not for me - I've been a TT customer for 20 years
Its for my Dad, who's currently being ripped off by BT
He lives some 1/2 mile from the BT box and FTTC would be slow - so he's considering transferring to TT

No I don't think ADSL is available to new customers anymore. You can purchase the unlimited UK calls boost if you wish.
