@KenSMarshall222, staff removed the published details on sight but didn't reply.
I replied to point you in the direction of completing your details in the profile area.
Only you and Talktalk staff have sight of that area.
However, if you need to set up a new service, you must order in the usual way.
Forum staff cannot set up new deals etc.

You can have accounts at multiple addresses, @KenSMarshall222, i.e. a separate account number identifies the separate addresses.
Is the first one actually with Talktalk?
Just not very clear from what you posted!
Never post personal information details on the open forum pages.
You need to complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your present account and to deal with any specific support issues.
