And here I am again...less than 2 months since the last reported fault and again I have no internet. Same story, a few days earlier internet intermittently and now all signal lost.
I have a son who is taking the A-level exams, can you imagine the frustration????
And a daughter GSCE. PLEASE a quick FIX!!
This is a joke and a mockery!
Ok, I got a reimbursement from the lack of internet for early and what...as a punishment I do not have it again.
In fact I demand an immediate repair, because it is impossible to live with Talk talk.
After being a regular customer for several years this service is insensitive. Can you please explain this? Perhaps you could say straight away that you can't cope?
I wait until September and you have one less customer.
Could you please ask for a tip and explain what this is all about? No more talk talk in my area or what?

They rang us and confirm over the telephone, what it will be done, and when was done, so was confirmed with them.
They change lots of things, cables at home, cable outside, and is playing up so often.
Today is working at the moment.
You can close the case, I hope I do not need complain any more, it is really frustrating.

I'm really sorry to hear this. The line tests are clear, however the connection looks very unstable. If the set up hasn't changed since the engineer last checked this then the next step will be be to arrange an engineer visit to the property. If you would like to go ahead with this then please let us know and we can confirm some details with you.

Sorry to see this. When you last posted the support team did advise that Openreach had investigated and advised that the fault had been resolved. They also asked if you could confirm, but you didn't respond. They will of course look at this again for you as soon as they can when they are back online tomorrow.
