Hi,
Today (25th November) I arranged a move of my talk talk broadband service to a new home on 10th December 2024, at the stoke of midnight I've lost all broadband services which can't be a coincidence.
I was told my services would remain at my existing home until 24hrs before on the 9th December, so I'm not expecting the service to be disconnected. I've logged into my account online and found it says my home move order status is as follows...

Cease Date
Your TalkTalk services will end at
<my current address>
You do not need to be home for this.
It looks to me like someone has arranged to disconnect my service immediately so I'm now left without a service until 10th December. 2 people at this address work from home full time and rely on this service and I'm still in contact with talk talk until 4th March 2025.
What can I do to make sure my service is restored by 7am tomorrow morning (26th November) before we both get into trouble with our employers?

Sadly this is not unheard of.
Once disconnected, it can take several days to restore service.
Staff will be back on here well before phone / Chat support opens so I'll flag this for attention. However, they will be working through a queue in the workflow.
