Trying to get a service that has been cut off is a joke, I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue, I got so desperate as to ask to talk to a manager and to be told "Managers are not taking call", what a joke, all my calls appear to be dropped as the people I'm talking to don't semm to have a clue.
I was cut of on 28th Sept, ...my 'case handler' advised me the quickest way of getting a service back was to order a new copper broadband service, this I did, I received an email contract on 24th Oct and a live date of 3rd November, this did not happen. I am really tired of talktalk.

Once the service is disconnected, the only option is to order a new service, the last order shows as rejected there is no explanation as to why sorry.
You will need call us again.
