Hi. Need advice on an unusual situation. I've bought a second property to move into but want to set up telephone/broadband before we move as I will be at the new place renovating for a few months. Do I need to set up a separate account? How does this effect cancellation fees and the home move fee when we finally move out of our current property? Thanks.

Hi EVexpert,
A colleague has advised that you would need to take out new service at the new address with a new telephone number. When you terminate the old service at the old address you will more than likely lose your old telephone number and would need to pay any early termination fees due.
