Hi I am an ex Shell broadband customer who was transferred to talktalk. I want to setup a 3rd party router and WiFi hub. I have tried the standard details for talk talk, without success. I presume I still need to use my old shell details ( which I don't know). Can anyone help?

Sorry, I have no idea what settings Shell used. However, I can help with all aspects of the WiFi Hub. Have you tried calling the Shell Migration Team on the standard service centre number of 0345 172 0088?
