Broadband Router Won't broadcast an SSID

My router isn't broadcasting an SSID on the 5GHz band. I have been in touch with your support team, they have taken me through several steps and concluded that there is a system error. They have told me that I need to escalate the issue by posting the issue on this board.

The new router arrived earlier today, I have connected it up and it works perfectly.

 

Should I return the old, faulty router to TalkTalk or just dispose of it?

Hi,

 

Yes, I have done a full factory reset tree times using the pin hole reset for 10 seconds, but it makes no difference.

Have you tried factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds?

Yes, it used to work bur stopped a few weeks ago. It's a Sagemcom TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub. Device Ver: FAST5364-3 T8.

 

The serial number is REMOVED
