Hi
I'm getting a flashing amber light on my router (standard wifi hub) and no dial tone on my landline phone.
I've tried an online test of the line which initially identified a fault, but I quickly received a message to say that the fault had been resolved. Despite that, the amber flashing light remains.
I tried turning the router off overnight and back on again this morning, but that didn't help.
I've also tried plugging the phone into the test socket, but again that doesn't help.
Would you mind running another line test?

Openreach messaged late on the afternoon of Friday 15/07/22 to say that the issue had been resolved. My broadband is now working properly.

Openreach have now closed this fault as resolved - Fault located at PCP.
Is this working ok now?

I'm sorry to hear this. I can see that this fault has been raised to Openreach and is under investigation with a line engineer.
We should hopefully have further updates from Openreach within the next 24hrs.
