No broadband for 10 days now in Bookham. Very little help from online chat. Any ideas when it will get fixed?

That doesn't sound good, but unfortunately if it is a cabinet issue TalkTalk will just be having to wait for Openreach to fix it. The team here will be back on Monday and will hopefully be able to get some progress updates for you.

Hi @Skynet_TX 

been a very frustrating 10 days, the service centre promise updates that never materialise. Apparently 300 people affected by a damaged cabinet. No 4g routers offered despite a long loss of service.
