Hi, I am just writing to complain about my internet connection. Every other night or so you cut off my supply at the exact same time (between midnight and 1am). There are no issues with the line, so do not try pulling that one, it's far too convenient. I've noticed that there are issues particularly during days of heavier usage (like when my child's friends are over using their computer.) my partner has also informed me, that his mother had the exact same issue with you for years. I suggest you stop cutting off my internet, the service states 'unlimited broadband' does it not? I cannot afford to succumb to your idiotic games as I have a degree to be doing and need a reliable, non pathetic internet supply. If you cannot provide me this service, I will go to somebody who can, because you are in breach of YOUR agreeement.
