I reported a fault with my internet on 16th September and it still hasn't been fixed. I think you have asked Openreach to visit but I haven't heard anything yet and I still don't have any internet

Openreach have confirmed the below:

 

Job booked: Road closure-3 nights-21:00-06:00-17-10-22 for remaining work to be completed to resolve fault.

It appears that a request has been put through for road closure, 2 way, 3 nights, start time 21:00 ? 06:00, for work to be completed.

 

The start date is showing 17/10/22 for 3 nights in total but this may change. I will continue to monitor for updates.

Openreach have left notes today to advise that the duct work has been completed and cabling and jointing work is next to be completed.

This fault is still in hand with Openreach. I will check on this again tomorrow afternoon for additional updates.

Openreach have left notes to advise that the estimated completion date is showing for 12/10/22. This is part of major cable work.

Openreach have updated the fault ticket to advise that they are still working to resolve this fault.

 

I will continue to monitor this for additional updates.

Openreach have advised that this fault is part of a major service outage and the engineers are working to resolve this fault.

 

Next updates should be available on 28/09. I will continue to monitor this.

I can see that this fault is still with Openreach. I will contact Openreach for additional updates and I will post back on this thread as soon as I have further information.
